Change Recipient Details

If recipient information has been entered incorrectly, it's simple to change it: 

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin area and navigate to Apps > Go Gift Cards > Issued Gift Cards

  2. Find the gift card order you wish to amend. Note: if you have lots of orders, try using the search to filter the list.

  3. Click Actions then Edit Recipient Details

  4. Edit away!
