Using Gift Cards In Store POS

Our app is built on top of the existing Shopify gift card ecosystem, therefore everything is exactly the same as if it was a normal gift card. In-store, the redemption page code or QR can be scanned/entered at checkout.

To check your product is set up to accommodate in-store purchases:

  1. Log in to your Shopify Admin area and navigate to Apps > Go Gift Cards > Customization > Redemption Page

  2. Ensure Hide QR code setting is unchecked (shows the QR code). 

The recipient's redemption page will display the code and QR code, ready to spend at checkout in-store.
